On Wednesday, September 27, at noon in Gittis 213, Heather MacDonald, a known critic of the Black Lives Matter movement, will be discussing “Crime and the War on Police." With her sponsor being the Federalist Society and the facilitator of the event, Penn Law professor Amy Wax, we expect a great deal of white supremacists on our campus grounds. BGAPSA plans to stand together in silent protest against this event by wearing all black tomorrow. Members of oppressed groups and allies are invited to stand with us.
Join the Latin American Graduate and Professional Student Assembly (LAGAPSA), La Casa Latina and the Graduate Student Center as we kick off the school year with food, drinks, fun, and new friends!
*After party to follow at City Tap House, with drink specials
